How you’ll be impactful:

You will join our Barges Business Unit team at our office in Petah Tikva and contribute to the strategic development of the Barges Affiliates and Partners program.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead strategic efforts to establish the long-term vision and goals of the affiliate program
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, collaborating to optimize and expand campaigns. 
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement 
  • Recruit and onboard new affiliates
  • Develop initiatives and projects to drive growth and development

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 4+years of experience in Affiliates & Partners Management, specifically in the comparison sites segment - mandatory.
  • Proficient in affiliate networks and tracking platforms
  • Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Results and performance-driven 
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Creative, problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency in English - both speaking and writing; additional languages - an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
