  • Take ownership of MarTech architecture and continuously improve it; design smart lead management flows (scoring, routing, and marketing-to-sales handover) and own website updates and tracking.
  • Execute lifecycle communications such as product updates and newsletters; maintain data quality through segmentation, enrichment and compliance; build automated nurture campaigns tailored to persona and buying stage.

At Optimile & Mobiflow, we’re looking for a Growth & Marketing Operations Manager who goes beyond running campaigns and takes ownership of building and scaling our entire revenue engine.

You are the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution, combining automation, data and performance marketing to drive sustainable growth. You’ll own our MarTech stack, digital acquisition channels and lifecycle automation, with the freedom to experiment, optimize and scale (locally and internationally).

What you’ll be doing

🔥 Growth & Demand Generation

  • Optimize the full funnel through continuous testing, from ads to landing pages and conversion flows.
  • Manage and scale performance marketing campaigns (SEA, social, review platforms) with a strong focus on lead quality and ROI.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to execute our international go-to-market strategy.

⚙️ Marketing Operations & Tech Stack

  • Take ownership of our MarTech architecture and continuously improve it.
  • Design smart lead management flows: scoring, routing and seamless handover from Marketing to Sales.
  • Own our websites: content updates, landing pages, tracking setup and conversion optimization.

✉️ Lifecycle & Marketing Automation

  • Execute product updates, newsletters and critical customer communications.
  • Maintain high data quality through segmentation, enrichment and compliance.
  • Build automated nurture and drip campaigns tailored to persona and buying stage.

📊 Data, Analytics & Insights

  • Build and maintain clear performance dashboards, our single source of truth across channels and countries.
  • Analyze attribution to understand which touchpoints truly drive revenue and growth.

Who you are

  • You have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on automation and demand generation.
  • You’re highly skilled in marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar) and deeply understand CRM logic.
  • You’re comfortable with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, APIs and tools like Zapier.
  • You’re analytical, curious and always looking for the “why” behind the numbers.
  • You’re execution-driven and love building scalable systems from the ground up.
