We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 250 professionals. We have a two year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 350. The workforce is highly skilled and consists of application consultants, software engineers, and networking engineers located throughout the U.S and Canada.
Acumatica Technical Consultant
**Acumatica experience is a requirement for this role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced technical services, including the design, development, and optimization of Acumatica ERP solutions.
- Lead the development, testing, and optimization of Acumatica ERP applications using SQL, C#, and related technologies.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ERP software for Manufacturing, Distribution, and Construction clients.
- Customize and optimize Acumatica ERP based on client-specific business requirements.
- Lead complex implementations and oversee the work of junior engineers, ensuring best practices.
- Utilize reporting tools such as SQL Reporting Services, Power BI, and Crystal Reports to drive data insights.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, managing relationships and project outcomes effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Advanced expertise in Acumatica ERP development, SQL, C#.
- Knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript and related web technologies.
- Leadership and mentorship abilities to guide junior developers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex client engagements.
- Experience in optimizing ERP solutions for industry-specific needs (Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction).
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI, Phocas, and SQL Reporting Services.

Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP software development using Acumatica or other brands like MS Dynamics or Sage.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Phocas, Crystal Reports, and SQL Reporting Services.
Location:
- Remote
- Travel based on customer requirements and must be willing to accommodate up to 20%.
Salary Range: $80,000-$150,000
