A leading and growing litigation law firm is seeking experienced Insurance Defense Attorneys licensed in California to join its dynamic and collaborative team. This fully remote position is open to attorneys located anywhere within the state.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a strong preference for those who have handled first-party insurance and/or construction defect matters. Ideal candidates may also have experience in one or more of the following practice areas:

• Commercial litigation
• Product liability
• Premises liability
• Employment law
• Business litigation
• Bodily injury

Role Overview:

Attorneys in this role will enjoy autonomy to manage their caseloads and will engage in high levels of client contact. Responsibilities include:

• Managing cases from inception through resolution
• Drafting pleadings and handling motion practice
• Conducting depositions and participating in mediations
• Preparing for and participating in trials
• Collaborating directly with clients and claims professionals

• At least 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
• Skilled in legal research and written/oral communication
