  • Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-call/after-hours support as needed
  • Prepare documentation for analysis, design, programming, and standard procedures; contribute to issue resolution throughout the lifecycle

Under moderate supervision from the Integration Manager, the Systems Integration Engineer performs a variety of duties related to system integration and interfaces. Responsibilities include assisting with development, system configuration, implementation, continuous improvement and support of systems integration for the organization. The Systems Integration Engineer must be comfortable working with multiple teams and key customers to ensure appropriate development and implementation of integration solutions.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of integration solutions. Must be able to manage/multitask on several large assigned projects.

  • Gathers requirements, performs analysis, develops, and maintains interfaces and applications. May include cross-team coordination and cooperation within the EHR application team, Ancillary team, or vendors.

  • Participate in resolving cross-functional issues that are escalated throughout the development, testing, implementation, and support of the lifecycle.

  • Supports assigned production environments, troubleshoots technical application issues, documents incoming requests, whether handled internally in IS or with a vendor. Delivers high-quality support during the implementation of new interfaces.

  • Provides on-call/after-hours support as required.

  • Prepares and maintains documentation, including analysis, design, programming, and standard procedures.

  • Performs all other duties as needed or directed to meet the needs of the department and/or customer.

  • Achieve and maintain required certifications, if applicable.

Education: High School diploma or GED

Experience: 3-5 years of related work experience working in an Information Services department or software vendor organization within the healthcare industry.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Advanced technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to the functional area and related systems.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree preferred

 

 

Pay Range:

$85,010.00 USD - $114,412.00 USD

The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
