  • 5+ years of experience leading UX teams in lean, agile, user-centric SaaS environments, including e-commerce and admin experiences.
  • 3+ years of experience leading or contributing to company-wide Design Systems, with a strong ability to build, scale, and modernize them.
  • Proven collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership to drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong people leadership skills with experience coaching, developing, and aligning teams to deliver high-impact work.

Your Day to Day
As a Sr. Manager, Design Systems, you will:
