About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to drive Sciometrix’s next phase of scale through strategic, data-driven, multi-channel growth initiatives. This role focuses on go-to-market strategy, product-led growth, experimentation, and full-funnel lead generation, ensuring that our digital healthcare solutions reach the right audiences with maximum impact.

You will design and execute pilot programs, beta testing frameworks, and multi-touch attribution models to accelerate user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth. Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new products, feature launches, and customer segments.

2. Drive product-led growth (PLG) initiatives to enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention pathways.

3. Build and optimize multi-channel attribution funnels across paid, organic, email, social, partnerships, and referral programs.

4. Design and run pilot programs and beta testing cycles to validate new features, messaging, and user journeys.

5. Lead demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns, optimizing for conversion efficiency and pipeline velocity.

6. Partner with product, sales, and operations to align growth strategies with customer needs and market insights.

7. Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.

8. Analyze performance metrics, experiment outcomes, and funnel data to drive data-backed strategy adjustments.

9. Build experimentation roadmaps using A/B testing, messaging tests, and onboarding flow improvements.

10. Stay updated on growth best practices, PLG frameworks, and emerging tools to continually elevate Sciometrix’s growth engine.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
