Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our flexible accommodation business.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication across teams, managing administrative workflows, and providing outstanding support to our clients and partners.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently

  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (Trello, Asana, Slack)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) is an advantage

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly

Working Hours

  • Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Saturday

  • 1 day off (Sunday) per week

  • Upon promotion to Senior Distribution Assistant, schedule adjusts to 5 working days per week with 2 days off
