INV Full-Stack Developer Engineer (FDE) – Project Description & Agent Profile

Target Profile:

• 3–5 years of experience in client-facing development, automating processes, and integrating with APIs.
  
  
• Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/Node.js, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
  
  
• 2–3 years of platform development experience using Node.js, Python, Docker, and GraphQL.
  
  
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub workflows and software engineering best practices.
  
  
• Familiarity with backend engineering, frontend development, or prompt engineering.
  
  
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, paired with strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
  
  
• Bonus: Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or cloud environments.
  
  

Project Overview & Deliverables:

• Process Automation & API Integration: Build scalable solutions to automate manual workflows and integrate client systems via APIs.
  
  
• Platform Development: Develop performant services and backend logic using Node.js, Python, Docker, and GraphQL.
  
  
• Architecture & Scalability: Contribute to designing modular, reusable systems and ensure integrations are robust, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  
  

What You’ll Do:

You’ll work directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. This includes scripting automation in Python, building APIs and backend services in Node.js/Python, and deploying components in containerized environments. You’ll balance engineering-heavy initiatives with prompt/business logic development, helping scale systems that support high-growth production use cases.

We offer a pay range of $30+ per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above. As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high‑speed internet; company‑sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
