About the Role
This role works with our business systems stakeholders to define feature requirements, implement new systems, and customize the platform, enabling our users to get the most out of Salesforce technology. You will provide technical leadership and hands-on implementation, configuration, and development of the various components of Salesforce and other Saas business platforms. Our team is small but growing, and we have the freedom to build the right solutions from the ground up.
Essential ResponsibilitiesCustomize the RainFocus Salesforce platform through custom code, declarative configuration, and administrationUnderstand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilitiesManage tasks and projects in a fast-paced operations environment, driving issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution and implementationWork closely with stakeholders and management to document, implement, and optimize system requirements and assist in the vendor evaluation processAutomate testing, environment maintenance, and release managementOptimize systems and processes to achieve repeatable, high-quality deploymentsServe as subject matter expert in driving the industry best practices for the CRM ecosystem and associated integrated tools, including DevOps and integrationWork iteratively with a small Agile teamRequired Skills and Experience5 years of experience implementing projects in Salesforce.com technology platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Digital Experiences and CPQSalesforce development experience including Apex and Lightning Web ComponentsExtensive experience with declarative development, specifically Lightning Experience, Analytics, App Builder, Flows, and ComponentsExpert knowledge of Salesforce release management, source and version control, deployment strategies, and testing best practicesDemonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects with direct experience in ScrumProficiency in Salesforce's SOQL, SOSL, and Security ModelExperience with CPQ & Quote to Cash processes in a SaaS & recurring revenue company Strong background in database concepts and data modeling capabilitiesStrong experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc)Salesforce Certified AdministratorSalesforce Certified Developer 1Salesforce Certified Platform DeveloperBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related technical fieldsDesired SkillsSalesforce Certified Platform App BuilderAny Salesforce Certified Architect credentialsExperience with DevOps for SAlesforceExperience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript (JS)Experience with Certinia PSAExperience developing middleware solutions for business intelligence and data analytics Experience developing and publishing packages for Salesforce AppExchangeExperience with integrating systems with SalesforcePersonal CharacteristicsThe best candidates for this position must have strong chemistry and a culture fit within RainFocus.
