Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong proficiency in Python with experience building production-grade applications.
Experience applying software engineering best practices, including testing, debugging, and code reviews.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, global, non-hierarchical team environment and communicate clearly.
Requirements:
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based services and applications that scale across devices and digital mediums.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client challenges and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.
