Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in ERP systems development or implementation
Experience with ERP integration, data migration, and customizations
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Requirements:
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
Design, develop, test, and deploy ERP modules and integrations, ensuring scalability and reliability
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, and contribute to code reviews
Ensure adherence to architecture, security, and quality standards while delivering on project timelines
