Job description

We are looking for a driven self-starter to join our Healthcare IT team as a Recruitment Researcher to take lead of the researching efforts and drive the candidate side of the process!

The Researcher works across a variety of functions including market research, sourcing, database maintenance, and related project work. You will have continued involvement throughout the search working closely with the recruiting team throughout.

Day-to-Day:

  • Participate in intake meetings to understand role and candidate attributes.

  • Create and lead the sourcing strategy for each assigned search in partnership with hiring partners and recruiters.

  • Create talent pipelines using LinkedIn, online sourcing, internal databases, etc using advanced Boolean logic.

  • Develop market mastery and share market insights with internal partners.

  • Create and maintain an extensive database within assigned practice area.

  • Develop collaborative relationships with team members and hiring managers
