Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in project management and coordinating onboarding projects from contract to production.
  • Technical execution capabilities with ability to activate services and troubleshoot during onboarding.
  • Strong customer enablement and stakeholder management skills to educate and empower clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with customers, commercial/sales, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure production readiness.

Requirements:

  • Lead and manage customer onboarding projects to deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant transitions from implementation to production.
  • Collaborate with customers, commercial teams, and Product to gather requirements, activate services, and ensure readiness for production environments.
  • Enable customers through knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to accelerate value realization at scale.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to meet onboarding milestones and ensure services are production-ready.

The Service Transition Team is the driving force behind Unifonic’s customer onboarding journey, turning signed contracts into live, fully operational services. The team ensures a seamless transition from implementation to activation across all Unifonic communication channels and solutions.

The Service Transition role blends project management, technical execution, and customer enablement to deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant onboarding experiences. We work hand in hand with customers, commercial and Product teams to understand requirements, activate services, and ensure readiness for production. With a customer-centric mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and a passion for excellence, the team ensures every client realizes value quickly, efficiently, and at scale.
