Head of IT

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyzing the business requirements to determine technology needs to use.
· Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
· Ensuring the security and privacy of the company's data
· Plan, organize, control and evaluate for IT's works
· Implementing a new cybersecurity system to protect the company's data
· Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to identify technology needs to use
· Implementing new technologies to improve the company's IT infrastructure
· Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
· Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.
· Control budget and expenditure.
· Assist in building relationships with suppliers and creating cost-efficient contracts
· Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.
· Ensuring the maintenance of technology systems.
· Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and suppliers.
· Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner
· Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Science.
• Experience at least 8 years with computer network and server
• Experience at least 4 years with ERP system application
• Ability to perform multiple tasks on time under pressure.
• Demonstrate good leadership/team spirit
• Knowledge, of general maintenance methods
• Experience computer Network Server management
• Good skills in managing and implementing IT projects
• Strong thinking and decision making

Working Conditions:

· Monday to Friday 8:00 am-12:00pm, 13:00pm-17:30pm
· Saturday 8:00am- 12:00pm
