Job description

Technical Program Manager (IT/OT Specialist)
Remote Position
Duration: 12+ months

Client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager with a strong background in chemical manufacturing and operations technology. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project and program management, along with expertise in shopfloor automation and manufacturing execution systems. This role requires exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management abilities to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Having good understanding of chemical manufacturing and working standards
Hands-on experience of Operations technology, shopfloor automations, Manufacturing execution systems
Proven experience as Project/Program management
Knowledge about Digital Twin, machine works - vibration analysis etc.
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Good to have : Supply chain management and analytics
