Proven experience in data science and analytics, preferably in a consulting context
Strong ability to perform deep exploratory data analysis (EDA) and derive actionable insights
Experience building, validating, and deploying statistical and machine learning models, including feature engineering
Ability to collaborate with data engineering and technology teams and communicate results to both technical and business stakeholders

Principais Responsabilidades:

Integrar soluções com engenharia de dados e tecnologia;
Realizar/criar monitoramentos de modelos em produção;
Documentar e comunicar resultados para áreas técnicas e de negócio;

Tomar decisões técnicas autônomas.
Conduzir projetos complexos e de alto impacto de ponta a ponta.
Mentorar e revisar o trabalho de plenos/júniores.
Comunicar e influenciar stakeholders de alto nível (Gerência/Diretoria).
