The Position
The Principal Performance Manager owns Foureyes’ most complex, strategic dealer group relationships. This role operates as an executive-level performance advisor, responsible for aligning Connect’s full product capabilities to enterprise dealership objectives across large, multi-rooftop organizations.
Principal Performance Managers work with senior customer leadership to shape long-term strategy, manage the most complex renewals, and guide advanced activation and product alignment across a broad Connect footprint. This role sets the standard for executive partnership, performance consulting, and lifecycle ownership at Foureyes.
Responsibilities
Strategic Portfolio Ownership
Own a small portfolio of Foureyes’ largest and most complex dealer groups.
Serve as the primary executive partner to group-level decision makers.
Influence long-term customer strategy, roadmap alignment, and value realization.
Own onboarding outcomes for Foureyes’ most complex dealer groups, establishing executive alignment on objectives, success measures, and performance expectations from day one.
Partner with Solutions Engineering and Implementation teams to define onboarding strategy, sequencing, and scope for complex data and product environments.
Ensure early data confidence and reporting readiness as the foundation for advanced activation strategy, cross-product adoption, and long-term optimization.
Own executive-level Focus Groups and Executive Business Reviews, with emphasis on ROI, financial impact, and operational scale.
Guide customers through advanced activations, cross-product alignment, and complex workflows spanning multiple rooftops.
Translate cross-rooftop and group-level insights into strategic recommendations that influence executive decision-making.
Commercial & Renewal Leadership
Own renewal and expansion strategy for assigned accounts.
Shape multi-year growth plans tied to measurable business outcomes.
Partner closely with Revenue, Product, and Leadership teams.
Organizational Influence
Act as a thought leader internally, mentoring Performance Managers and Sr. Performance Managers.
Surface systemic customer patterns and product insights to influence Connect roadmap and performance strategy.
Help define and evolve best practices for performance management, onboarding, and executive engagement across Connect.
Job Qualifications
Automotive & Enterprise Expertise
Expert-level understanding of automotive retail operations, enterprise dealership groups, and complex organizational dynamics.
Experience operating as a strategic advisor to executive leadership across large, multi-rooftop organizations.
Advanced Analytical & Strategic Insight
Exceptional ability to identify systemic performance patterns across complex customer environments.
Proven experience translating data into long-term strategy, financial impact, and enterprise-level ROI.
Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shaping direction where frameworks do not yet exist.
Executive Consulting & Influence
Demonstrated success leading high-stakes executive conversations, including renewals, expansions, and strategic planning.
Ability to influence without authority at the executive level, internally and externally.
Strong storytelling skills that connect insights to business priorities and long-term value.
Technical Proficiency
Deep familiarity with complex activation strategies, cross-product alignment, and advanced data environments.
Trusted partner to technical, product, and leadership teams in shaping customer strategy and roadmap feedback.
Professional Attributes
Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple large accounts simultaneously.
Bias for action, proactive identification of opportunities and risks.

Location: This position is remote. We are hiring in the following states. OR, WA, CA, FL, ID, IA, KY, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, OH, PA, TN, TX, AZ, IL, CO, and NH
Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 base, plus performance pay
