The anticipated salary range for this position is $185,000 - 215,000 plus annual incentive bonus and potential LTI. Actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
Summary
The Senior Director of Global Indirect Procurement will design and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for all non-production spend. The incumbent will serve as a key advisor to executive leadership, ensuring our sourcing strategies are strategic, long-term while delivering in-year value and aligned with our financial goals. In this role, one will develop global sourcing strategies with clear 3-5 year roadmap that hit cost-savings targets, while protecting business from cost increases and supporting long term growth objectives. The incumbent will have experience in effectively managing indirect categories of transportation services, professional and management services, IT products and services.
