  • 5-7 years of experience in partner marketing, B2B demand generation, or integrated campaign management, including at least 1 year marketing to or with public accountants

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, AI platforms), Salesforce, webinar platforms (ON24, Zoom), analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance metrics, pipeline analysis, and ROI-driven decision-making

Requirements:

  • Plan, manage, and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (outbound, inbound, nurture, enablement) to accelerate acquisition and expansion within the accountant community
  • Partner with Sales Development and cross-functional teams to develop targeted outreach plays, nurture sequences, and improve engagement across the buyer journey
  • Measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance using KPIs (MQLs, pipeline, bookings, conversion rates), leveraging AI tools and automation to maximize ROI
  • Manage webinars and events with internal and external partners, onboarding new partners and enabling existing ones, and co-marketing with Strategic Alliance Managers

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager develops and executes integrated marketing strategies to grow Avalara’s partner ecosystem. This role drives lead generation, partner engagement, and revenue through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and community initiatives. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and thrives in a collaborative, data-driven environment.

 

This is a remote role based in Brazil and will report into the Sr Director, Partner Marketing

Quais serão as suas responsabilidades:

Support the Business

  • Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (outbound, inbound, nurture, and enablement) to accelerate acquisition and expansion within the accountant community.
  • Partner with Sales Development leadership to develop targeted outreach plays and sequences that improve engagement and conversion across the buyer journey. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration across content, creative, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and relevance across all touchpoints.
  • Plan, manage, and execute Avalara webinars for the accountant community on Avalara and third-party platforms
  • Recruit new partners and onboard existing ones through engagement and enablement programs.
  • Strengthen Avalara’s presence across organic social platforms to enhance engagement with the accounting community.
  • Align with Events and Field Marketing on regional activations including live/virtual conferences.
  • Work closely with Strategic Alliance Managers to co-market with key accountant partners and drive leads and referrals.
  • Communicate campaign updates and results to internal stakeholders through newsletters and status reports.
  • Support annual and seasonal campaigns targeting the accountant channel.
  • Manage database and list activities, including imports, research, and reporting.

Measure, Optimize and Grow

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as MQLs, pipeline contribution, bookings, and conversion rates to inform decisions and stakeholder readouts.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging data, AI tools, and automation platforms.
  • Implement personalization at scale through AI-driven content and targeting to deliver dynamic, tailored experiences.
