Valoris Group is partnering with a leading luxury interior design studio to appoint an exceptional Senior FF&E Designer for their London atelier. This is a senior-level opportunity for a designer with a refined eye, strong leadership capability, and a passion for delivering high-end, large-scale luxury projects.

This role suits someone confident managing projects end-to-end, mentoring junior designers, and contributing strategically to a growing, design-led business.

The Role
You will join a collaborative and creative studio environment where craftsmanship, detail, and thoughtful material selection are central to every project. The position offers exposure to prestigious international projects, with opportunities for travel and long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FF&E design across large-scale luxury interior projects

• Manage concept development through to installation

• Oversee sourcing, specification, and procurement of FF&E packages

• Liaise with international suppliers, artisans, and manufacturers

• Mentor and guide junior designers within the studio

• Ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and attention to detail

• Support project delivery to the highest design and commercial standards

Experience Required

• Senior-level FF&E experience (typically 10–15+ years)

• Proven track record delivering high-end luxury hospitality or residential projects

• Strong understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and global suppliers

• Confident working within a collaborative, atelier-style studio environment

• Exceptional aesthetic judgement and design leadership capability

• Strong organisational and client-facing communication skills
