Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven B2B new business development experience with qualification, ideally in SaaS, ERP, IT or process automation.
  • Deep understanding of ERP buying processes with multiple stakeholders, system landscapes, integrations, and long decision cycles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to engage decision-makers and drive next steps.
  • Data-driven with high CRM data quality; HubSpot experience is a plus; KPI-focused and open to feedback and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Manage new leads from inbound, partner, and outbound sources, prioritize with clear rules, and ensure fast response times.
  • Identify target companies and contacts, build outreach lists, and execute multi-channel sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct structured discovery calls, clarify process and system landscape, needs, timing and urgency, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot records (source and status), document activities and next steps, hand off cleanly to Sales, and continuously improve messaging with data-driven feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.

  • Du bearbeitest neue Leads aus Inbound, Partnern und Outbound, priorisierst nach klaren Regeln und stellst schnelle Reaktionszeiten sicher.
  • Du identifizierst passende Zielunternehmen und Ansprechpartner, baust Outreach Listen auf und setzt Multi Channel Sequenzen um, zum Beispiel E Mail, Telefon und LinkedIn.
  • Du führst strukturierte Erstgespräche, klärst Prozess und Systemlandschaft, Bedarf, Timing und Dringlichkeit sowie Stakeholder und vereinbarst qualifizierte Termine für AEs.
  • Du arbeitest konsequent in HubSpot, pflegst Source und Status, dokumentierst Aktivitäten und nächste Schritte und übergibst sauber an Sales.
  • Du verbesserst Messaging und Vorgehen datenbasiert und gibst Markt und Wettbewerbsfeedback an Sales, Marketing und Partner Team.

  • Dein Profil:
  • Du bringst belastbare Erfahrung in B2B Neukundenansprache und Qualifizierung mit, idealerweise im SaaS, ERP, IT oder Prozessautomatisierungsumfeld.
  • Du verstehst typische ERP Kaufprozesse mit mehreren Stakeholdern, Systemlandschaften und Integrationen, fachlichen Abläufen und längeren Entscheidungszyklen.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und souverän auf Augenhöhe, schriftlich und mündlich, und führst Entscheider professionell zum nächsten Schritt.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist konsequent im Follow up und lieferst hohe Datenqualität im CRM, HubSpot Erfahrung ist ein Plus.
  • Du bist zahlen und performance orientiert, steuerst dich über Ziele und Kennzahlen und nutzt Feedback und Coaching, um konstant besser zu werden.
