Required Skills:
Valid Certificate in Allscripts/Altera (Eclipsys) ADT or Allscripts/Altera (Eclipsys) Clinical Documentation application configuration. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Valid Prosci Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
Skill and Experience:
10 years’ experience in an analyst role supporting digital information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include documenting customer requirements, and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
7 years’ experience in a business analysis role implementing information system projects in a healthcare environment. Experience should include documenting customer requirements from clinical stakeholders. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years
3 years’ experience implementing standardized clinical and operational processes on a provincial scale. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
2 years’ experience performing configuration and set-up on the Allscripts suite of healthcare information system products. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 2 years.
3 years’ experience implementing clinical information systems to accommodate long-term or homecare patient registration. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
1 year of experience implementing PROCURA mobile software in a homecare setting. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 1 year.
