10+ years of Project Management experience leading large, complex projects including budget creation, cost tracking, resource allocation, and managing interdependencies in the healthcare sector
7+ years of experience managing projects with organizational change management strategies using a structured methodology such as Prosci
Requirements:
Lead delivery of large, complex projects in healthcare, including budgeting, cost tracking, resource allocation, and managing interdependencies across technology, business, and process change
Apply organizational change management using a structured methodology (e.g., Prosci) across projects
Plan and implement large transformational initiatives, including organizational redesign, across provincial health/public health contexts
Collaborate with Indigenous/First Nations stakeholders and coordinate with multiple government departments, including reporting to government leadership and engaging with post-secondary institutions when required

Position: Project Manager - Senior
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 Months Contract with Possible Extension
Certification:

Skill and Experience:
10 years’ experience as a Project Manager leading large, complex projects including budget creation and cost tracking, assignment of resources and managing interdependencies in delivering a combination of technology, business, and process change, in the healthcare sector.
7 years’ managing projects that incorporated organizational change management strategies and plans, using a structured methodology such as Prosci.
5 years’ experience implementing large transformational projects including organizational redesign.
3 years’ experience as a project manager responsible for planning and implementing a Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring system on a provincial scale.
3 years’ experience working on projects where Indigenous/First Nations leadership were project stakeholders. Experience should include frequent interaction and collaboration with Indigenous/First Nations stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
1 year of experience as a project manager working on projects requiring collaboration with multiple government departments and reporting to government leadership.
1 year of experience working on projects with post-secondary educational facilities.
