- Ideal candidate should have more than 4+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years of Loan IQ Infrastructure and technical troubleshooting/Admin Experience · Should have participated in Loan IQ Installation/upgrade/implementation and should have worked on Loan IQ version 7.x & above · Good knowledge on base code table configuration and writing SQL queries. · Good understanding of Loan IQ Data Model and Oracle · Good knowledge on Loan IQ batch job administration, configuration and troubleshooting
· Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures Responsible for day-to-day system administration and system backups
· Should have good communication skills and problem solving capability Root cause and problem resolution follow-up
· Day to day task requires the ability to solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines.
