Roles & Responsibilities

  • Over 4 years of IT experience with at least 3 years of Loan IQ infrastructure and technical troubleshooting/admin experience
  • Hands-on experience with Loan IQ installation/upgrade/implementation and working on Loan IQ version 7.x and above
  • Strong knowledge of base code table configuration and SQL query writing
  • Good understanding of Loan IQ data model, Oracle database, and batch job administration

Requirements:

  • Maintain overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures
  • Perform day-to-day system administration and backups
  • Debug and fix production issues; perform root cause analysis and follow-up to ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to Loan IQ installation/upgrade/implementation activities and support infrastructure to ensure smooth production operations

Employment Type: CTH only 

Locations: Work from home till Pandemic situation persists and after that work from any of locations: Charlotte NC, North Brunswick NJ, Middletown NY and Phoenix AZ

Visa: Only visa independents
 
JD:
- Ideal candidate should have more than 4+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years of Loan IQ Infrastructure and technical troubleshooting/Admin Experience
· Should have participated in Loan IQ Installation/upgrade/implementation and should have worked on Loan IQ version 7.x & above
· Good knowledge on base code table configuration and writing SQL queries.
· Good understanding of Loan IQ Data Model and Oracle
· Good knowledge on Loan IQ batch job administration, configuration and troubleshooting
· Responsible for overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures Responsible for day-to-day system administration and system backups
· Should have good communication skills and problem solving capability Root cause and problem resolution follow-up
· Day to day task requires the ability to solve production down situations under tight SLA deadlines.
