Over 4 years of IT experience with at least 3 years of Loan IQ infrastructure and technical troubleshooting/admin experience
Hands-on experience with Loan IQ installation/upgrade/implementation and working on Loan IQ version 7.x and above
Strong knowledge of base code table configuration and SQL query writing
Good understanding of Loan IQ data model, Oracle database, and batch job administration
Requirements:
Maintain overall system and infrastructure availability and develop a resilient infrastructure to reduce failures
Perform day-to-day system administration and backups
Debug and fix production issues; perform root cause analysis and follow-up to ensure timely resolution
Contribute to Loan IQ installation/upgrade/implementation activities and support infrastructure to ensure smooth production operations
