Business lead

Position: Business lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

• A minimum of five (5) years of analysis and lead experience organizing, facilitating, and working with clients configuring solutions to support and manage functional requirements and business rules
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience working on Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience using requirement management tools such as IBM Doors, Jira, Azure DevOps.
• A minimum of three (3) years of Project Management and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) experience.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience testing methodologies similar to the Software Test Management Body of Knowledge and tools like Selenium and robotic process automation.
• Current certification in Lean Six Sigma or an equivalent.

Must hold an active Business Analysis Certification and be in good standing in at least one of the following certifications:

• International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Certification
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Certification
