Strong communication skills
Experience in object-oriented programming in Java (preferably Java)

Requirements:
Develop and maintain Java-based applications as part of turnkey projects
Write and execute unit tests using JUnit to ensure software quality
Work with relational databases using SQL/PL-SQL and leverage open-source frameworks (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, EJB)
