Acentra Health is seeking peer reviewers with at least 5 years of clinical experience to review medical records and make a standard of care determination. The reports require the peer reviewer to discuss clinical disease processes, published guidelines, overall care provided and QI recommendations. We are seeking: Family Medicine Physicians, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses and Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an outpatient setting.

• Active unrestricted license
• Board certification (Physicians only)
• 5 years' clinical experience as a Family Medicine Physician, or Physician Assistant, or RN, or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner with 5 years' experience in an outpatient setting. 
• Active clinical practice of at least 20 hours per week
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written communication skills
