Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking partners through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address partner inquiries and efficiently resolve any service-related issues that arise.
  • Guide partners on product features and assist them in maximizing their use of our services.
  • Accurately document partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex partner issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Engage in proactive follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are addressed and satisfaction is reached.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to enhance our support services continually.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in partner support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building.
  • Experience with CRM systems and support tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
