Job description

Location	Ottawa (remote)
Language	English required
Security Clearance	Secret Security Clearance required
Duration	6-12 months (with likely extension)

Our Federal Government client has an opening for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) who has solid professional exposure to DevSecOps, either practically and/or having worked in and around such an environment.

This resource would need to be dynamic and agile with a strong professional aptitude and work ethic. Additionally, the ability to problem-solve and think critically would be an asset. The incoming SRE will require a solid grasp of DevSecOps, ideally to the level where they can comfortably solve issues/problems with new technologies.

This will be a full-time multi-year contract engagement within a leading Government of Canada department.

Additional requirements include:

10+ years of professional experience within IT industry
College Diploma or University Degree education
Professional certifications would be an asset
GC security clearance to Secret (Level II).
