Convey the solution design to the development team(s) and provide technical guidance and support coordination and completion of development tasks
Support upskilling the team and the technical/team leads to further their knowledge on implementing Dynamics CRM in the most effective and architecturally sound way

Role and Responsibilities
Our Federal Government client requires a Solution Architect / Lead Developer, with a valid Government of Canada security clearance at the reliability or secret level, to :

Gather technical requirements and propose solutions based on client's business needs
Develop technical solution designs, implementation plans and documentation to support the delivery team and facilitate the application deployment processes
Convey the solution design to the development team(s) and provide technical guidance and support coordination and completion of development tasks
Support upskilling the team and the technical/team leads to further their knowledge on implementing Dynamics CRM in the most effective and architecturally sound way

Qualifications and Experience

8 years of experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Developer with Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure (or equivalent cloud services such as AWS, CGP)
Must hold a degree or diploma and certifications in Engineering or an IT related field
Relevant certifications, including Dynamics 365 or Azure
