Job Title: Virtual Assistant – PTE Trainer (Australia)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Assistant – PTE Trainer to support PTE (Pearson Test of English) review programs for Australian-based education and migration clients. The role involves delivering online PTE training, supporting students in achieving their target scores, and assisting with academic content preparation and learner progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct online PTE review sessions (Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening)

  • Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans, mock tests, and practice materials

  • Assess student performance and provide individualized feedback and coaching

  • Track student progress and maintain accurate training records

  • Support students with exam strategies, time management, and scoring techniques

  • Assist in updating and improving PTE training materials based on latest test formats

  • Coordinate with the Australian team regarding schedules, student performance, and outcomes

  • Provide basic administrative support related to training programs (attendance, reports)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a PTE Trainer, English Trainer, or ESL Instructor

  • Strong knowledge of the PTE Academic test format and scoring system

  • Excellent English proficiency (native or near-native level)

  • Experience in online/virtual teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS tools)

  • Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills

  • Ability to work with Australian time zones

  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • PTE Academic certification or proven student success records

  • Background in education, linguistics, or English teaching

  • Experience supporting Australian education or migration clients

  • Familiarity with CRM or student management systems
