Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an AI-First Orchestration Engineer to design, build, and scale intelligent workflows that connect people, data, and systems across our organization. This role sits at the intersection of workflow automation, AI integration, and multi-system orchestration — turning business strategies into high-impact, automated processes.

The ideal candidate thrives on translating complex, manual processes into seamless, AI-driven systems. You’ll leverage orchestration tools like n8n, Power Automate, and LangChain to integrate CRMs, data sources, and communication channels — enabling our teams to work faster, smarter, and with more insight.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  1. Build AI-First Workflows
  • Automate multi-step processes across CRM, email, messaging platforms, and data systems
  • Orchestrate LLM-powered agents for research, summarization, outreach, and follow-ups
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to surface the right data at the right time
  1. Integrate Data & Systems
  • Connect APIs, webhooks, and automation tools to create a unified “system of insight”
  • Maintain two-way integrations between CRM and external data providers
  • Ensure data is enriched, clean, and continuously updated from trusted sources
  1. Enable Persistent Intelligence
  • Build AI memory for past interactions, key contacts, and organizational knowledge
  • Configure triggers that prompt timely, relevant engagement based on live data signals
  • Tune AI prompts and workflows for accuracy, brand tone, and business alignment
  1. Rapidly Prototype & Deploy
  • Partner with business leaders to identify high-friction workflows
  • Deliver MVP automations quickly, test impact, and scale successful pilots into production systems
  • Continuously refine orchestration logic to improve accuracy, speed, and user adoption
Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

Core Technical Skills

  • Proficiency with n8n and/or Power Automate for workflow orchestration
  • Familiarity with LangChain and LLM API integration (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
  • Basic to intermediate Python and SQL for data handling and transformation
  • Experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL) and authentication (OAuth, API keys)
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate) for RAG workflows
  • CRM integration experience (Salesforce preferred)

Experience

  • 2–5 years in workflow automation, growth ops, sales ops, data engineering, or technical product roles
  • Track record of designing and deploying automations that improve business efficiency
  • Bonus: Experience in multi-channel orchestration (email, Slack, LinkedIn, SMS)

Soft Skills

  • Curious, resourceful, and able to quickly learn new tools and APIs
  • Strong communicator who can translate business needs into technical workflows
  • Comfortable working in an iterative, high-speed environment with changing priorities

Why Join Us:

You’ll be the architect of our AI-driven operating system — building the automations, integrations, and intelligent workflows that enable teams to operate at peak efficiency. This is a hands-on builder role with direct, visible impact on the way we work, collaborate, and engage.

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $90,000 - $170,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
