Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and organize emails, creating prioritized task lists for the executive
2. Draft, manage, and track important documents and communications
3. Support administrative tasks across three professional roles, including travel booking and meeting scheduling
4. Attend meetings and calls, review recordings, and prepare accurate notes and follow-ups
5. Track progress and updates in Linear, ensuring accountability and timely completion of tasks
6. Coordinate across teams using Notion and Slack, ensuring smooth communication and workflow


Qualifications:
• 5+ years of related experience
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft professional documents and correspondence
• Expertise in project management platforms (Linear required)
• Proven experience in email management and prioritization
• Skilled in Google Calendar management and scheduling across multiple roles
• Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking with a neutral accent)
• Ability to problem-solve independently and provide context for meetings and follow-ups
• Awareness of academic-level vocabulary and comprehension capabilities to align with the team’s background
• Experience attending meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-ups are completed

Software Tools and Platforms Experience Required:
• Notion
• Slack
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)


Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package (with HMO): ₱76,000
