About the role

We look for an Executor. You’ll play a critical role in building and maintaining our tech talent pipeline.

You’ll work with our recruitment to identify, engage, and attract high-quality engineering talent across multiple markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, understands tech roles, and values quality over volume. 

The role is based in Tallinn, with flexibility for remote work.

What you’ll do

  • Full sourcing cycle for Tech candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles

  • Collaborate closely with recruitment and account managers to support active hiring processes

  • Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in our ATS/CRM

  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies, tools, and workflows
