Auto Cad Engineer(Process) at Avanceon MEA

Job Description:

Avanceon is looking for a skilled Designer with hands on experience on 3D modelling & General Arrangement Drawings development for Skids/Packages/structures via software’s like Plant 3D, CadWorks, Solid Works, SP3D, etc. In this role, you will be required to meet with all engineering concepts for CAD models, develop product designs, and generate schematics accordingly.

To ensure success as an AutoCAD engineer, you should have extensive experience working with latest CAD software, advanced design skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare P&ID based on Spec and requirement.
• Package GA drawing as per P&ID.
• Prepare Electrical and Control System Drawings:
• System Topologies, Communication Drawings
• Electrical Schematic Drawings & Terminations
• Instrument Loop, Hook-ups
• Power Distribution Drawings
• Required to size package like Tank dimension and skid size based on client requirement)
• Tubing and piping size calculation based on client requirement
• Keep the record of engineering documentation, track and monitor design changes
• Ensure Compliance of Drafting and Engineering Standards
• AutoCAD customization using Macros.
• Must hold Diploma or Associate Engineering in Mechanical or Piping
• At least 3 to 6 years relevant experience
• Software Knowledge: Solidwork, AutoCAD plant 3d, Cad Works
• Certification in AutoCAD is a must.
• Knowledge of ASME and API Standards will be preferred
• Have an understanding of the Oil & Gas process and P&IDs
• Piping, Chemical injection and WHCP basic knowledge required,
• Good communication skills, good grip on writing and spoken English.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
