Roles & Responsibilities

3+ years experience in aerospace manufacturing (machining, high-pressure hose, metal tube), quality assurance, engineering or related experience
Knowledge of Hose Manufacturing, Fittings and other Machined Components, Couplings and Hose Assembly
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to perform audits

Requirements:

Conduct on-site and remote audits of fluid distribution systems, including hose manufacturing processes, fittings, machined components, couplings, and hose assemblies
Evaluate quality assurance practices and manufacturing capabilities; identify non-conformances and opportunities for improvement
Travel domestically and internationally to client sites to perform audits; coordinate schedules and communicate findings with stakeholders
Document audit findings, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide recommendations; stay current with industry developments and technologies

Job description

Overview:

This Fluid Distribution Systems Auditor position is an excellent opportunity for recent retirees or consultants that have working knowledge in Hose Manufacturing, Fittings and other Machined Components, Couplings and Hose Assembly.

Our auditors enjoy traveling domestically and/or internationally, a flexible schedule (some auditors perform 1 or 2 audits a month, while others desire to audit every week), competitive compensation that includes a daily rate plus travel expenses, meeting new people and keeping in touch with technology and the latest developments, networking with other industry professionals.

Qualifications:

The ideal auditor candidate will possess most of the following criteria:

3 or more years experience in aerospace manufacturing (Machining, High pressure hose, Metal tube), quality assurance, engineering or related experience
Knowledge of Hose Manufacturing, Fittings and other Machined Components, Couplings and Hose Assembly
