Platform Architect (Azure)

Contract Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
• Analyze the existing DevOps Landscape
• Identify the deficiencies / gap
• Rationalize DevOps Tools across landscape
• Prepare action and implementation plan
• Work with customer team to achieve the To-BE state
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure SDLC, and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk).
• Familiarity with container security (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates)


Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Integrate automated security checks and vulnerability scanning into the development pipeline.
• Enforce secure coding practices through regular code analysis tools and policies.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure a secure and efficient SDLC.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD tools.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles, secure SDLC, and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube, Snyk).
• Familiarity with container security (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
