  • Coach store managers through onsite visits, ensure consistent implementation of manuals and procedures, participate in new store openings, and travel as needed for short- and long-term assignments.

Job description

Summary
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Planning & Support Associate to join their Events & Activities division. This role supports multiple entertainment categories—including Bowling, Karaoke, Multi-Activity Entertainment , and Party operations—depending on experience and assignment.

You will oversee day-to-day store operations across several locations, support training and implementation of company standards, and help drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue growth. The role involves frequent travel between stores and regular weekend work, as needed.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, staffing support, and training across multiple entertainment locations (Bowling, Karaoke, and Indoor Activity/Party facilities).
Execute action plans to meet sales, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction goals while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Review product and service quality, manage vendor communication, and conduct competitor and sales analysis.
Prepare and manage operational data, reports, inventory, ordering, and store communications.
Support store managers through coaching, onsite visits, and ensuring consistent implementation of manuals, guidelines, and operational procedures.
Participate in new store openings, respond to customer or employee incidents, and travel as needed for short- and long-term assignments.
