We are looking for an active and thoughtful professional who will strengthen our team as a Senior Python (ML/AI) developer.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning infrastructure capabilities
- Participate in introducing new technologies to promote innovation
- Productionize and operate ML models and pipelines at scale
- Collaborate with Project Managers to solve customer problems
Requirements:
- 5+years of Software Engineering experience
- 3+years of experience with Python & Python NLP libraries
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Mistral AI
- Knowledge of LangChain, Haystack, or LlamaIndex
- Experience with advanced RAG techniques (Knowledge Graph, Reranker)
- Familiarity with agentic and multi-agent workflows engines, such as LangGraph, CrewAI or similar
- Experience with Streamlit for building UI is a plus
- English B2+(Upper-Intermediate)
- Strong Software Design knowledge, SOLID principles
- Proficient understanding ofGit
- Excellent understanding of both NoSQL and SQL databases
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus or similar)
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD processes
- Experience with AWS (or similar services like GCP orAzure)
- Familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence / Cognitive Services or AWS Sagemaker and Textract
- Knowledge of Agile (preferably SCRUM) development practices
