NetSuite Consultant - Advanced Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience with NetSuite standard and Advanced Manufacturing modules.
  • Thorough understanding of NetSuite WIP Routing functionality and Manufacturing/Advanced Manufacturing capabilities (capacity planning, finite scheduling, advanced manufacturing workbenches and tablet setup).
  • Knowledge of NetSuite inventory costing methods (including standard costing) and BOM structures in relation to work orders.
  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle NetSuite ERP implementations (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment) and client-facing change management.

Requirements:

  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
  • Conduct business process mapping, gap analysis, functional design, system tests, procedures, and documentation.
  • Analyze requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, provide recommendations, and deliver decision support with risk mitigation plans.
  • Document engagements with design and technical specifications, process and deployment documents, system integration/interface docs, and publish reports; promote sustainable, paperless practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Participating in business processes mapping including process analysis and design, gap analysis, functional system design and specifications, system configuration, development of system tests, procedures, and documentation.
  • Analyzing business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations.
  • Documenting all engagements including the creation of design documents, technical specifications, process documentation, specification, system deployment documents, system integration and interface documents and publish reports as necessary.
  • Providing key decision support, monitoring issue and risks, and creating mitigation plans for clients.
  • Managing a full life cycle NetSuite ERP implementation from a technical, functional and/or organizational change management standpoint.        
  • Champion sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, promoting paperless workflows through digital collaboration tools, participating in recycling initiatives to minimize paper use, and consistently demonstrate alignment with BPM’s values.

  • Requirements:
  • Extensive experience within the NetSuite standard and advanced Manufacturing module.
  • Thorough understanding of NetSuite WIP & Routing functionality.
  • Understanding of NetSuite Manufacturing OR Advanced Manufacturing functionality, specifically around:
  • Capacity planning and Finite Scheduling.
    Advanced Manufacturing Workbenches setup.
    Advanced Manufacturing Tablet Setup. 
  • Knowledge of the various inventory costing methods within NS including standard costing method.
  • Previous Advanced manufacturing implementations is a huge plus.
  • A successful candidate should be able to lead and understand client’s manufacturing terminology and understand.
  • Understanding of BOM structures and their relations to WO build process.
  • Ability to clearly define and gather requirements relating to NS MFG module.
  • Ability to fluently guide the customer through al warehouse-related transactions such as inventory adjustments, worksheets, inventory transfers, Bin transfers, bin put-away sheets, inventory replenishment, and cycle counting.
  • For applicants in Canada, this position may involve travel to the United States. Therefore, said candidates must be eligible to travel to the United States for client engagements
  • Willing to travel up to 25%.

    $140,000 per year to $200,000 per year
    The salary range provided is intended for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area who meet the minimum requirements of the position.  Candidates who do not reside in the San Francisco Bay Area, do not meet the minimum requirements, or exceed the requirements are encouraged to apply and a recruiter will provide you with a range specific to your location.

    In accordance with Ontario’s pay transparency legislation, the posted compensation range, if applicable, will reflect the scope and responsibilities associated with the role. Positions supporting clients across multiple jurisdictions involve additional regulatory considerations, cross-border coordination, and broader compliance requirements compared to roles focused on a single local market. Hours of work and travel expectations may vary based on role scope and are considered in determining compensation. These factors, along with credential requirements and market benchmarks, are incorporated into compensation ranges to ensure alignment with industry standards and the specialized expertise required. Compensation includes base salary and any non-discretionary bonuses or commissions. If the top of the compensation range exceeds $200,000 annually, specific details will be provided during the recruitment process instead of being posted, in compliance with legislation.
