3+ years of asset research (video/audio/subtitle/metadata) and client service experience in Media/Entertainment or film/TV production.
Strong understanding of video/film formats, distribution workflows, and related technologies; experience with InFlight Entertainment is a plus.

Role Summary
Production Management Specialist manages day-to-day production tasks and functions to ensure delivery deadlines are met with high accuracy and quality.
Location: AR-Buenos Aires

What You’ll Be Doing
Research/analyze assets availabilities in multiple locations (internal and external storages) and identify what assets need to be requested using an internal order system
Send asset requests to distributors/content suppliers to track the availabilities and deliveries
Identify what additional requirements are and communicate back to distributors/clients
Build a strong business relationship with distributors and internal stakeholders
Provide management and oversight of client titles throughout its full lifecycle from order receipt thru delivery
Collaborate across functional teams (internal and external), to source, manage, troubleshoot, process and deliver to meet the on-time delivery timeline
Act as an escalation point for all issues related to production management and a primary contact for other Anuvu locations
Monitor client work-in-progress and back-logs to anticipate capacity constraints
Advise leadership of customer issues and identify opportunities for increased service
Deliver continuous improvement efficiencies.
Ensure regular, relevant and effective communication with key stakeholders, across the function and throughout the department
