We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong leadership and strategic thinking to join our team and build innovative products and services powered by GenAI and other advanced AI technologies. We value your ability to identify and prioritize business opportunities and to transform data and research into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
You'll manage the entire process, from feasibility studies to scaling up, while ensuring smooth stakeholder communication.

What you will do:

• Identify and prioritize business opportunities and advice clients on possible directions
• Validate ideas through experimentation to make fast, informed de-risked decisions
• Set goals and execute them
• Incorporate data, user research, and market analysis to develop product strategies and roadmaps
• Lead a cross-functional team of experts in their field, from AI engineers to experienced designers
• Monitor productization of AI solutions from feasibility study through PoC to release and scale-up
• Develop trustful relationships with stakeholders and ensure smooth cross-team communication
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving field of Generative AI

Experience and skills you need to join us:

• At least 5 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and 5 years in leading digital products in conditions of great uncertainty

• Sense of ownership and leadership skills with high interpersonal competencies

• Interest in tech, especially generative AI technology

• Strong analytical skills and deep product-oriented thinking to make decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data

• Opportunities and risks identification and proposing solutions taking into account different perspectives

• Solid background in working in a technical environment with cross-functional and remote teams, preferably international

• Experience in designing projects’ budgets and executing them

• Practical experience with continuous discovery approach including various validation techniques

• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders from all management levels (C1-C2)
