Experience architecting Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solutions (Azure Health Data Services, Azure Active Directory, and related services like HLS Open-Source Solutions, Dynamics/Power Platform).
Expertise in HL7 v2 to FHIR mapping and FHIR data modeling.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA/HITRUST compliance controls and implementing them across deployed resources.
Proficiency with DevOps tooling and processes (Azure DevOps or Jira) for managing deployments, backlogs, and API lifecycles.
Requirements:

Lead deployment and configuration of Azure API Management, including private network integration, DNS configuration, API product definitions, and developer portal customizations.

FHIR Data Architect
Conduct architecture and design meetings with the customer's team members to produce artifacts such as functional design documents, architecture drawings, and data flow diagrams
Lead discussions around Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare services including core Azure Health Data Services, Azure Active Directory. Microsoft HLS Open-Source Solutions, Dynamics/Power Platform, and Landing Zone integration.
Lead the deploymeroonfiguration of Azure API Management, if appropriate for the scope of the project. This includes best practices for integration into a private network, DNS configuration. DevOps processes for API deployment, API product definitions and setup. User Authorization Setup & Flow, and Developer Portal Customizations
Assist team members in resolving issues/blockers as it relates to the deployment of services. development of data ingestion pipelines, and application development against Azure Health Deta Services.
Work with project manager to build and manage the deployment and development backlogs in the appropriate project management tooling such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Provide expert services to customer as it relates to Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and best practices to meet HIPAA/HITRUST compliance requirements within the solution architecture. This role should know and understand compliance controls and how to implement those in every resource deployed within the architecture.
