It's a replacing its application that provides customers with trade confirmations and other documentation while meeting regulatory requirements. As a Road Manager, you play a central role in the development of the defined target solution. Together with your colleagues in a squad, which consists of IT and business expertise, you develop and coordinate the roadmap, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure stakeholders are taken along in the required changes.

Making a difference

The target solution for Confirmations is the existing Client Reporting solution. Client Reporting is a globalproduct application thatenables clients and Sales worldwide to do business in an easy, efficient, and user-friendly way.Enabling them to manage the lifecycle of the executed transactions whilst providing them insight to trade details and valuation information. The services include processes to ensure regulatory compliance of the bank and the clientsvia auser-friendly, visually appealing, and stable end-userapplication (correct data and 24/7 availability).

As road manager, you coordinate the change from a current legacy solution to a strategic implementation. This target state has been defined by architects and product management already. You will have to define the roadmap and kickstart the execution while managing dependencies and requests for other changes that require updates on the confirmation process.

The main challenges in the role are to manage dependencies and satisfy all customer needs whilst not overcomplicating the future state and the ever-changing environment, posing new standards and requirements.

Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. The Confirmation squad is part of the Tribe Markets & Treasury and Area Reporting & Control Services within the new CPO domain. The purpose of this area is to provide best-in-class and efficient technology to underpin all product-agnostic operational controls and reporting services, driving global standardization.

The Squad Confirmations acts in close collaboration with other squads within the Tribes Markets & Treasury and the Tribe Digital Platform & Customer Services. You also align with business, architecture, and IT stakeholders in your daily work.

The ideal candidate possesses strong coordination skills, has experience in managing IT changes, has knowledge of the products and processes traded by Markets & Treasury, and is an excellent communicator in a complex international environment.
