Job Summary: We're seeking a Technical Team Lead to oversee our Managed Infrastructure services for a global cosmetic company's website factory. This role involves leading a team of 10 across shifts, ensuring seamless operations, and collaborating with international clients and teams. Your technical expertise, .NET proficiency, and Azure experience will shine as you manage performance, incident resolution, and strategic optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 10 with a focus on growth.
• Collaborate with global teams, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Monitor website performance and infrastructure 24/7.
• Liaise with the development agency, providing technical input.
• Manage incidents and optimize monitoring procedures.
• Communicate technical matters clearly to stakeholders.
• Review team performance and lead training initiatives.
• Stay updated on tech advancements and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related.
• 6+ years managing technical teams in IT infrastructure.
• .NET expertise with IIS troubleshooting experience.
• Solid grasp of web projects & Azure PaaS infrastructure.
• Proven managed infrastructure services experience.
• Familiarity with Centreon/Nagios, shifting to New Relic.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Remote team management in a global setup experience.
