Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor with a reputable automotive brand
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Working knowledge of motor industry software: Kerridge, Autoline, Automate, Pinnacle, Evolve
Ability to work under pressure and deliver a high level of service

Requirements:

Greet and advise customers on service needs, bookings, and vehicle status
Act as liaison between customers and workshop, preparing quotes and service job cards, and communicating progress
Schedule service and maintenance activities and ensure timely delivery of vehicles
Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries, complaints, and upsell where appropriate

Job description

Our client am Automotive Dealership is seeking the services of an After sales consultant / Service Advisor for the Midrand area.

Salary: Basic R18 000 - R20 000 per month + Benefits + Company Car + Incentives

Min requirements

Min of 3 years experience as a Service Advisor with a reputable brand
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
Working knowledge of Motor Industry Software: Kerridge, autoline, Automate, Pinnacle, Evolve (Non negotiable)
Must be able to work under pressure and deliver a high level of service.
