Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in development, administration, deployment, and upgrading of Liferay Portal with high-volume and high-reliability requirements
Strong knowledge and experience in Java/J2EE technologies
Experience in designing and developing Liferay portals using out-of-the-box portlets, Liferay MVC portlets, Spring MVC portlets, and Struts portlets
Experience with UI technologies (CSS, JS, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, Alloy UI) and translating UI mockups into functional interfaces

Requirements:

Administer, deploy, upgrade and maintain Liferay Portal in high-volume, high-reliability environments
Design and develop portal components using Liferay out-of-the-box portlets, Liferay MVC portlets, Spring MVC portlets, and Struts portlets as required
Translate UI mockups into functional interfaces using CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Alloy UI
Integrate Liferay Portal with BI environments using web services and establish design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Requirement:-

5+ years of experience in Development, Administration, Deployment, Up-gradation of Liferay Portal with high volume and high-reliability requirements.
Experience in Java/ J2EE Technologies
Strong knowledge and experience in Java & n-tier web applications, with knowledge of the differentials
Creating and managing Liferay Portal themes.
Design and Development of Portal using Liferay out of box portlets, Liferay MVC Portlets, Spring MVC portlets, Struts portlets depending on the requirement.
Designing the application as per the mock ups shared by the UI team by using the UI technologies like CSS, JS, Ajax, jQuery, Bootstrap, Alloy UI.
