Job description
MKTalent is recruiting for a client based in Lisbon, a CRM Data Campaign Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Selecting customers or customer segments based on the marketing campaign briefing for targeted direct-to-customer(D2C) marketing and sales communications;
Cooperate closely with Marketing Managers (campaign requestors) and other stakeholders on campaign development and implementation;
Use of existing campaign management tools for workflow design, content, data integration and customer consent checking for Email, SMS and other means of D2C communications;
Create, further develop and maintain SQL series, which are needed to run marketing campaigns,
Prepare reliable and timely data selections and campaign execution along with quality control;
Acquire understanding of complex data schemas of our Data Warehouse and learn over time where to get the needed data from;
Support optimization and improvement of D2C marketing performance metrics by advising relevant marketing & sales stakeholders.
What we look for?
4-5 years of experience in Customer and CRM campaign data wrangling using SQL (knowing the difference between the JOIN variations is at the very basic of daily work);
Experience in D2C communication send out;
Comfortable with distributed data structures and capability to get a good understanding in short time;
Sense of ownership, proactive mindset and communication even in the most challenging situations;
Experience in telecommunications industry is preferred;
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other CRM software (HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics, etc);
Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus;
Understanding of IT processes.
