Regulatory Reporting - Assistant Manager

We are delighted to bring to market a new Regulatory Reporting Accountant position with an International Specialist bank. 

The successful individual will contribute to the overall success of Capital and Statistical Regulatory Reporting within Finance.



The Role: 

• Responsible for the preparation and submission of the full suite of CBI statistical regulatory returns
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of the AnaCredit and Central Credit Register returns.
• A key contact for the CBI Statistics Division teams, answering queries and maintaining relationships
• Ability to research and apply regulatory guidance is a key component of the role.
• Analysis and documentation of regulatory reporting requirements from EU/CBI guidance
• Production of regulatory required documents including ICAAP, Recovery plan etc
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Code of Conduct.



The Person: 

• Part Qualified / Fully Qualified Accountant
• Must have solid technical and business understanding of CRR/CRD, local regulatory guidance and in particular capital and statistical aspects of regulatory reporting.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirement and previous experience working in a similar role.
